By participating in any competition or event organised by Boys Competitions Ltd, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Winning or participating in any competition or event constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Commitment to Enjoyment
Our competitions and events are designed for participants to have fun and enjoy themselves. We encourage a positive, respectful, and friendly atmosphere at all times.
3. Expected Behaviour
We expect all participants to conduct themselves in a manner that enhances the enjoyment of others. This includes:
– Respecting fellow participants: Treat everyone with courtesy and kindness.
– Following event rules: Adhere to any specific rules or guidelines provided for the competition or event, including those given by the event organisers and staff.
– Compliance with instructions: Follow the instructions of event organisers and staff at all times.
4. Event Organiser Authority
Event organisers and staff have the authority to enforce these Terms and Conditions, including all rules and guidelines specific to the event. Participants are required to comply with any guidance, instructions, or stipulations provided by the organisers. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Safety Instructions: Participants must follow all safety instructions provided before or during the event. This may include mandatory safety gear, adherence to specific safety zones, or restrictions on certain activities.
– Event Flow: Organisers may issue specific instructions regarding the timing, sequence of activities, or movements within the event venue. Participants must adhere to these instructions to ensure the smooth operation of the event.
– Behavioral Guidance: Organisers may provide guidance on acceptable behaviour during the event. This can include reminders to maintain a positive atmosphere, avoid disruptive conduct, and respect the rights and enjoyment of other participants.
5. Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification, removal from the event, or other penalties:
– Horseplay: Any form of reckless or dangerous behaviour that could harm yourself or others.
– Disruptive conduct: Actions that disturb the enjoyment of other participants, such as excessive noise, aggression, or interfering with the event.
– Substance abuse: The use of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicants that impair your ability to participate safely and responsibly.
– Harassment or bullying: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying will not be tolerated.
– Non-compliance with Organiser Instructions: Failure to comply with any instructions, guidance, or stipulations provided by event organisers or staff.
6. Disqualification and Removal
Participants found engaging in any prohibited behaviour or failing to comply with organiser instructions may be disqualified from the competition or removed from the event without refund or compensation. The decision of the event organisers and/or officials and representatives from Boys Competitions Ltd is final and binding.
